BRANDEIS UNIVERSITY and writer AMY POWELL honor the late Jewish feminist artist HELÈNE AYLON who died on April 6, due to complications from COVID-19.

“Helène Aylon: 1931–2020, May Her Memory Be a Blessing”, is a great essay on Aylon’s life and legacy. WCA celebrated Aylon’s work at the 2016 Lifetime Achievement Awards at the National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington DC.
