At this time, WCA is planning to hold our Annual Conference, Exhibition and Lifetime Achievement Awards and board meeting in-person February 17-20, 2022 at the Chicago Hilton Downtown, 720 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago IL 60605 with certain safety protocols and strategies in place.  Since your health and safety are our greatest concerns, everyone will be required to wear a mask indoors, regardless of their vaccination status.  You may remove your mask while actively eating or drinking, but please put it back on when finished. Attendees will also have to abide by the health and safety protocols set in place by the Hilton Hotel. Facemasks, hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes will be available for our attendees. 

In addition to the facemask requirement, WCA is requesting that all conference participants be vaccinated or have a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of attending the conference. WCA is relying on the honor system in making this request and appreciates your cooperation to ensure a safe experience for all of us.  As a reminder, anyone feeling sick or displaying symptoms of COVID-19, or who has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, should refrain from attending the conference.
