ONGOING ACTIVITIES

I am Grateful for You Postcard Project

The “I am Grateful for You” postcard project is a partnership between artist Anne Labovitz’s I Love You Institute and the Women’s Caucus for Art (WCA). This project is a durational, nomadic intervention, which prioritizes socially engaged practices. The purpose of the project is to focus on kindness as a radical act.

The project was launched on Valentine’s Day 2025 at the College Art Association’s Conference and continues on with outreach to the WCA community and beyond. WCA is sharing the assets for this project for anyone to download for free! Print out some postcards and send radical acts of kindness out to the world!

What to do? It’s easy!
Print out postcards on your home computer using cardstock. Select a friend, loved one, neighbor, or stranger to write to. Share thoughts, memories, and feelings about gratitude by responding to the following prompt: I am grateful for you.
